Customer cancellations
- Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: refunds may not be available.
No-shows
If a participant does not attend the scheduled experience, the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellations by Pasos por México
Pasos por México may cancel or reschedule experiences due to:
- weather conditions
- safety concerns
- operational reasons
In such cases, customers will receive either:
- rescheduling of the experience, or
- a full refund.
