By booking or participating in any tour, workshop, or activity organized by Pasos por Méxicoparticipants acknowledge and agree to the following terms
Voluntary participation
Participation in activities organized by Pasos por México is entirely voluntary. Participants acknowledge that certain cultural or tourism activities may involve walking, transportation, or interaction with historical or public spaces.
Inherent risks
Participants understand that tourism activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- walking on uneven streets or surfaces
- weather conditions
- interaction with public or historical environments
By participating, the participant accepts these risks.
Personal responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
- their own health condition
- their physical ability to participate
- following the instructions of guides or facilitators during the activity
Pasos por México shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from personal negligence or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Personal belongings
Pasos por México is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during activities.
Use of images
During tours or experiences, Pasos por México may take photographs or videos for promotional or educational purposes.
By participating, participants authorize the use of such images unless they expressly decline in writing.
Acceptance
By booking or participating in an experience, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted this waiver of liability.
